Hormone Yoga Therapy was first developed by Dinah Rodrigues who at age 92 is living proof of the its vitalising power. Hormone Yoga Therapy consists of a fixed series of warming-up, yoga asanas and concentration exercises, combined with strong abdominal breathing. The series activates ovaries, thyroid and hypophysis, thereby boosting as well as balancing the hormones they produce.
Fien is a yoga teacher accredited by the Yoga Federatie Nederlandstaligen België and the European Union of Yoga. She has been practicing yoga ever since 2005.
Mats and props are provided by the yoga studio, but don’t hesitate to bring a towel to put on the your yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing that makes you feel good. We do yoga barefoot. Young or old, supple or not…: welcome!
